Our fitters prepare your boiler, valves and fittings for Cold Survey Inspection, Hydraulic Test and NDT testing to meet the requirements of your insurance company.

Pressure Vessel Repair

Our certifed coded welders undertake all aspects of boiler vessel repair, including replacement tubes, ligament cracks and "D" patches meeting all the latest BS and ASME standards.

Brickwork and Refractory

Our own refractory settings undertake all aspects of boiler and furnace repairs utilising the manufacturers specifications.

Valve Overhaul and Repair

A comprehensive in-house service is available to our customers for the repair, overhaul, testing and refurbishment of valves and fittings, providing the required test certification where applicable.
